Joshua Morse Marketing

HELLO.

I’m Joshua Morse, a strategic marketing consultant with over 20 years of marketing experience.

BRITAIN 2012

A Britain where optimism was in such short supply it was almost as if smiling had been rationed.

London is about to host the Olympics and the games are widely expected to be a glaring exposé of everything wrong with modern Britain.

Britain expects a shitshow.

And yet, against all predictions, the opposite happened.

The clouds parted. The stadiums dazzled. Britain delivered and the chaos never came.

Team GB soared, defying expectations. And for a few golden weeks, Britain felt bold, capable, and full of possibility.

Even the most cynical commentators had to admit—Britain had pulled off something remarkable.

That feeling stuck with me.

Somewhere in that giddy summer, I found myself thinking: what if I aimed higher, too?

Up until then, I’d followed a solid corporate path—starting in market research before moving into product marketing for leading consumer brands.

It was safe. Predictable. But something about the energy of that summer made me realise what was missing.

I knew how to position products, break into markets, and craft strategies that worked. But I wanted more variety, more challenge, more impact.

It was time to kick on.

So, I did. In 2012, I launched my own consultancy. And I haven’t looked back since.

Now, no two weeks are the same. I work across industries, from pizza to precision robotics, from supermarkets to superyachts.

Every client, every project, every challenge is different, and that’s exactly how I like it.

I thrive on variety, but my focus is always the same—helping my clients break into new markets and build lasting success.

And I do it all from my hometown of St Ives in Cornwall.

My work keeps me constantly curious—always looking the next way to help people think bigger, like we did in 2012.
